ABOUT

Greg is a passionate, professional coach who works with people that want help making fitness a priority in their lives.  He works primarily in Tunbridge Wells but is also available in London.  

He believe he has found a way of working with people that gives ownership of the process to the person.  He can give you the recipe and the ingredients for health but you have to do the hard work, he will show you how empowering that can be.   

He believes consistency is one of the most important elements to reaching everything you have dreamed of for your health and fitness.    

Fitness for him is about every decision that you make, yes it involves exercise but it’s so much more than that, it’s choosing to eat well, it’s prioritising movement every day, it’s connecting to the outcome that you want and the awareness of how every decision effects that.  He can help you with all of this.

HOW IT'S DONE

It all starts with a chat.  He will gather as much information about you as a person as possible.  It's important to understand what your passions are, what your priorities are, the things that are really important to you in order to design a program that you'll not only stick to but enjoy.  

Your next step will be a thorough assessment, this is an opportunity for your mechanics to be reviewed, as well as test your strengths and weaknesses.

After this you'll be ready to start your unique training.

Throughout the process you will have continuous support, this includes:

1-2-1 training session every month

Catch up call every month

Messaging through a dedicated coaching app

Personalised nutritional advice

Individual lifestyle advice
