MEET THE COACH
Greg started his coaching career as a specialist sports coach working in Primary schools and with county level football teams.
He now coaches people online and in person that are interested in making health and fitness a priority in their lives but don't know how.
He strongly believes that training should be enjoyable and there is no one size fits all.
He has 25 years coaching experience, logging more than 15,000 hours of one on one and group coaching. He has an insatiable appetite for learning and sharing that knowledge with others.
He is also a Dad to two young girls, an enthusiastic snowboarder and loves cycling of all kinds.
