Greg is a seasoned health and fitness coach with a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, during which he has logged more than 15,000 hours in both one-on-one and group coaching sessions. He started his journey as a specialist sports coach in primary schools and with county-level football teams, Greg now specialises in online and in-person coaching, helping clients of all backgrounds achieve lasting fitness and health.
Greg's coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that training should be enjoyable and tailored to the individual—there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
